Production process of child-proof bottle
The materials of anti-child-opening bottles are mainly high-density polyethylene and polypropylene. The medicinal plastic bottle-type processes mainly include extrusion blow molding and injection blow molding. The extrusion blow molding equipment and process are relatively simple. After the raw materials are plasticized by the extruder, the hot blank tube from the die is directly blown in the blow mold. Its main advantages are low cost, simple process and high efficiency, but its outstanding disadvantage is that the size and uniformity of the bottle wall thickness are not easy to control, and it is mostly used for large-capacity packaging and relatively low-end products.
Injection blow molding firstly injects the parison. After the raw material is uniformly plasticized in the barrel of the injection molding machine, it is injected into the parison mold through the injection port, and the bottle mouth and thread are directly formed, and the mold core takes the parison to the blowing station. The bottle body is blow-molded, so that the obtained plastic bottle mouth and its thread have high dimensional accuracy, stable bottle body dimensions, and more precise coordination between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth, which is beneficial to the improvement of the sealing performance of the medicinal plastic bottle.
Its main features are high cost of mold opening, high strength of bottle body, accurate size, uniform wall thickness, no leftover material, and inability to form irregular plastic bottles. It is mostly used for the production of high-end medicinal plastic bottles below 300ml. Therefore, medicinal plastic bottles produced by injection blow molding are generally welcomed by the pharmaceutical industry. Although the price of injection blow molding equipment is higher than that of extrusion blow molding equipment, the quality of the products produced is high, the degree of automation is high, and the production efficiency is also higher. Most of the domestic production of high-density polyethylene and polypropylene medicinal plastic bottles use the injection blowing process .
