Factors affecting the quality of high-end perfume bottle products
Cracks in perfume glass bottles are the most common fault of glass bottles. There are many tiny cracks that are difficult to find, and the glass bottle factory can only distinguish them by light inspection. The neck and shoulder of glass bottles are the most common parts. Cracks often appear on the bottle body and bottom.
This refers to the uneven distribution of glass on the glass bottle. The main reason is that the temperature of the glass droplets is not uniform, the high temperature part is small and easy to blow thin, and the low temperature part of the resistance is large and thick. The temperature of the model is uneven, the high temperature glass is slowly cooled, and it is easy to blow thin, and the low temperature side is blown thick because the glass cools quickly.
When the droplet temperature and the action temperature are too high, the bottle taken out from the forming die is not fully formed, and it tends to collapse and deform. Sometimes the bottom of the bottle is soft and the trace of the bottom of the bottle with the conveyor belt is not uniform.
If the gob temperature is too low or the model is too cold, the mouth, shoulders, etc. will not fill up, resulting in gaps such as gaps, shoulders and unclear patterns.
The uneven spots on the glass surface are called cold spots. The main cause of this defect is that the temperature of the model is too low, which usually occurs at the beginning of production or at the beginning of a shutdown reproduction.
There are protrusions or cracks in the mouth of the glass bottle. This is due to model parts not being manufactured correctly or installed in a consistent manner. The model was damaged, there was dirt on the seam surfaces, and the glass material had fallen into the original mold before the top core was lifted too late. This will cause a portion of the glass to be squeezed out or blown out of the gap.
Wrinkles come in a variety of shapes, some are wrinkles and some are very thin. The main reason for wrinkling is that the droplet is too cold, the droplet is too long, and the droplet does not fall in the middle of the initial mold and adheres to the cavity wall.
The surface of the glass bottle is rough and uneven, mainly due to the dull surface of the mold. If the model's oil is not clean or the oiling brush is too dirty, it will also reduce the surface quality of the glass bottle.
The bubbles generated during the formation process are usually several large bubbles or small bubbles gathered together, which is different from the uniform distribution of small bubbles in the glass itself.
Visible marks were left on the bottle due to poor shear. A drop usually has two scissor prints. The above scissors imprints are left on the bottom and affect the appearance. The scissors below are left on the bottle mouth, and the traces of the scissors cause product quality and appearance problems. Therefore, glass bottle manufacturers must pay attention to many details.
