When we customize and produce glass bottles, the most important element is the glass bottle mold. I believe all glass bottle manufacturers know that glass bottle molds are made with lathes. But when asked about the production process of glass bottle molds, few people may be able to answer.

The production process of glass bottle mold:

The first step is the design drawing: hand over the sample glass bottle or size to the designer, and design the drawing of the whole set of machines;

The second step is to turn sand blanks: according to the drawings, sand out blanks of various components;

The third step is milling with a milling machine: the initial mold and the mold blank are milled into a flat surface by a milling machine;

The fourth step is to make all the components at the same time: all the workshop personnel and all the lathes are all started, and their respective labors are divided;

The fifth step is Jingdiao: After the second step of forming the mold, put the finished mold or preliminary mold into the Jingdiao lathe, and hand over 99% of the work to Jingdiao automatically according to the designed program;

The sixth step is polishing: from the carved initial mold, into the mold, use fine sandpaper to sand;

The seventh step is assembly: gather the components that have been done on each production line;

The eighth step is to make holes and slots: all the components that have been done are filled with holes or exhaust slots according to the words in the drawings.
