 1. What is the trading process?Business negotiate → Proforma Invoice / Contract → Deposit → Good preparation by approved samples → Goods inspection → Balance payment → Delivered by forwarder → Surrendered → Shipped to your door

2. What surface finish are available to the bottles and jars?Yes! We offer various kinds of surface handling method: Screen Printing, Frosting, Hot-stamping, Water transfer Print etc.

3. Can we get your samples?Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products. The Delivery Fee will be on buyer’s account.

4. Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

Yes! But all individual item should meet the MOQ

5. What is the normal lead time?

A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within 20-25 workdays after we receive your payment. Artwork is not included

B. For OEM products, the delivery time is 50workdays after down payment and samples approval. Artwork and mould making is not included

6. What is your payment term?

A. T/T, L/C,Paypal ect 

B. For bulk production: 

Option A:30% pay in advance, 70% before shipping

Option B:40-50% pay in advance,the balance within one week after B/L copy

7. What is your shipping way?We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc.

8. How do you control the quality?We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing. /2 oz glass jars

9. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the goods. If anybreakage or defect products were found, you MUST take the pictures fromthe original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.This date is subject the arrival time of containr. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party,or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the containeris not included. Finally we willcompletely compensate all your loss.( < 2% breakage for the glass is in tolerance)
